SHURAM was founded by Salim Abdullah Al Maskery, an Omani Geologist. In 1974 his career began in Geology with The Open University (England), on the Oman Ophiolite Project.
Shuram pioneered in organizing geological field trips since 1996 for educational and commercial organizations with a continual aim for safety and quality service.
In 2012, Shuram established an Oil & Gas laboratory after successfully managing the PDO Exploration Laboratory since 2008. Shuram has partnered with leading technical experts to provide a comprehensive geological and analytical service.
Apart from Oil & Gas, Shuram has diversified into Tourism and Logistics and is located in the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
